Job summary

McCardel Culligan in Traverse City, Michigan, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the knowledgeable voice of our trusted brand. You will discuss orders, resolve problems, and build lasting relationships with customers in our community.

This role requires attention to detail, organization, and excellent verbal and written communication. You’ll coordinate orders with service and operations, schedule deliveries, and support proactive sales efforts to help customers enjoy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Extensive problem-solving and order processing for customers.
• Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers.
• Schedule service and delivery orders.
• Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team.
• Contact customers to schedule additional services or maintenance plans.
• Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for investigation.
