Culligan Water is seeking a Customer Service Representative experienced in customer relations. You will work directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve issues, and address their needs.

Being detail-oriented, organized, and possessing strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role. This position involves extensive problem-solving, customer account management, and scheduling service and delivery orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts.
• Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers.
• Schedule service and delivery orders.
• Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team.
• Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
