Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Dardanelle, AR to handle residential and commercial calls, resolve issues, and maintain accurate customer profiles. Under supervision, you will respond to inquiries, process service changes and billing questions, log interactions, and help ensure timely, professional resolutions while building expertise in the waste services industry.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Familiarity with Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Field residential and commercial calls, inquiries, and requests.
• Handle routine service changes and contract compliance matters, including billing questions and service issues.
• Respond to internal and external calls and emails promptly to ensure concerns are understood and resolved.
• Create and maintain customer profiles in the account database with accurate data.
• Log customer interactions accurately to help track inquiries and resolutions.
• Perform other job related duties as required.
