Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver fast and friendly service. You will read, write, and communicate in English, stand for long periods, and help customers with merchandise, pricing, and ID checks.

The role is hourly and may be full or part-time, with varied shifts under the General Manager's supervision. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, cleaning areas, operating a computer, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand, write, and communicate in English.
• Be able to work and stand for up to eight hours.
• Be able to perform basic mathematical calculations when completing store forms.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Interact productively with fellow employees.
• Stock shelves and coolers as needed.
• Retrieve merchandise for customers and check identifications/prices.
