You will answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through the screening process while documenting interactions and ensuring timely resolution with accuracy and courtesy.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The role emphasizes phone and email support, compliance with policies, and collaboration with teammates to deliver a positive customer

Qualifikationen
