Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal or external customers.
• Handle incoming phone calls, diagnose problems, and provide solutions.
• Assist in scheduling service, collecting payment, or updating customer files.
• Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.
• Work in a team atmosphere to meet service center goals.
