Job summary

Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This position is paid at an hourly rate based upon experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Handle incoming calls to schedule service, collect payments, and update files.
• Make outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.
• Collaborate with team to help the service center meet monthly goals.
