Job summary

Stark Exterminators is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This role is paid at an hourly rate based on experience and comes with a robust benefits package.

You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, assisting with scheduling, collecting payments, and updating customer files while ensuring accounts are accurately maintained.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency and basic computer skills.
• Professional appearance and telephone etiquette.
• Comfort with data entry and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Assist with scheduling service, processing payments and updating customer files.
