Job summary

Schylling is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our busy team in Massachusetts. You will manage general account support, enter orders and credits, provide product information, and help resolve issues for retailers and consumers.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, strong phone skills, and the ability to multitask in a professional, team-oriented environment. Office presence is required three days per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service.
• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Team player with diverse personalities.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Available to work in the office at least three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service to customers, consumers, and sales reps at all times.
• Enter orders accurately and promptly; verify customer terms and programs.
• Resolve problems and complaints from retailers, consumers, and account reps.
• Authorize returns and process credits/returns per procedures.
• Handle general email correspondence via Case Management.
• Review and verify customer account information for accuracy.
• Assist in establishing new customers in the system.
• Maintain electronic customer files.
• Report product-related problems to supervisor for resolution.
• Provide support and training to new employees.
