Job summary

Liberty Diversified International (LDI) is seeking a full-time Safco Customer Care Representative for our New Hope, MN headquarters. You will handle high-volume order entry, coordinate with Sales, and resolve customer inquiries to ensure smooth processing and satisfying resolutions.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate preferred), strong phone etiquette, and excellent written and spoken communication.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a high volume, fast-paced customer-service related role.
• A high level of telephone etiquette and professionalism.
• Solid oral communication, grammar, and business writing skills.
• Overall understanding of the difference between a customer transaction and an interaction.

Responsibilities

• Leverages multiple systems to ensure accurate and efficient order entry while maintaining high data integrity.
• Communicates timely and efficiently with Sales team to update orders, supply and account status.
• Assist customers by clarifying complaints, determining causes, and explaining best solutions.
