Job summary

Liberty Diversified International is seeking a Customer Service Specialist/Representative in Minnesota to communicate with customers, enter orders, schedule shipments and support Sales, Coater Scheduler and paper shipment scheduler. The representative will work with production and shipping to achieve on-demand deliveries for customers.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 3+ years in customer relations, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM tools considered a

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years in customer relations/service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, customer-focused, self-motivated and assertive.
• Collaborative team player and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer records with up-to-date specs, files and pricing.
• Process and monitor customer orders to align with facility strategy.
• Communicate order status, changes and inquiries to customers.
• Assist sales with quotations as needed.
• Resolve problems by coordinating with internal teams.
• Support Key Account Manager on activities for accounts and orders.
• Expedite information flow to manufacturing on specs and orders.
• Process coater product shipments and outsourced conversions.
• Serve as backup to Senior Planner Scheduler (Coater).
• Serve as backup to Planner Schedule (Paper Machine shipment).
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
