Job summary

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team in Honolulu, HI. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule and a starting pay of $19.37/hour.

Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled. The role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience and involves answering inquiries about benefits, eligibility, enrollment, claims, billing, and pensions in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication with proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer member inquiries about benefits, eligibility, enrollment, claims, billing, and pensions.
• Work in a fast-paced phone and computer environment, juggling multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Research and explain information from computer systems and legal plan documents.
• Handle challenging service situations calmly and professionally.
• Learn industry systems including Trust Partner, Quick Claims, and ADP (full training provided).
