Qualificações

• 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with Build to Print Contract Manufacturing is desirable.
• Experience in electrical wire harness or panel industry is preferred.
• Experience with a Commercial OEM, Electrical or Electronics Distributor, Manufacturer's Representative, Systems Integrator or Wire Manufacturer is a plus.
• Familiarity with using ERP systems for quoting or order processing.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
• Positive attitude with customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Process and verify customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Coordinate expediting of products to meet delivery timelines.
• Communicate schedule updates to internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor order status and proactively notify customers of variances.
• Process returns and ensure proper resolution.
• Provide problem‑solving support and maintain high service quality.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships focused on on‑time delivery.
