Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills to communicate with other employee owners, team leads, and production supervisors.
• Previous leadership experiences is desired
• Basic math and computer skills
• Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a positive attitude with a customer appreciation mentality
• Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive work for long periods of time
• Attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
• Operate with a sense of teamwork

Responsibilities

• Support new employees to help answer questions on builds and work instructions related to builds
• Lead on the job training of new employees once the employee has completed the harness training program
• Maintain strong communication between the production team leads and assistant team lead and new employees
• Help carryout decisions that are associated with overall goals and objectives as stated in our company policies and as directed by Management
• Communicate issues that may prevent the successful completion of training in an effective and timely manner
• Assist in ensuring proper quality work is being performed and is in line with company Quality Policies
• Coach new employee owners with job related issues
• Manage completion of employee training checklists
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
