Novolex is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support order processing, inquiries, and cross-functional coordination. You will ensure accurate handling of customer orders and maintain strong relationships with accounts to deliver service excellence.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and production teams, data gathering on accounts, and adherence to order policies, with focus on customer satisfaction and timely resolution.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred or HS diploma with significant customer service experience.
• SAP experience a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to review and ensure compliance with order policies.
• Ability to collaborate with various internal departments to resolve customer needs.
• A customer-centric approach, focused on delivering excellent service and satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer orders and ensure timely processing in line with company policies.
• Review orders for lead-time, product availability, and adherence to order policies.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and other functional teams when there are discrepancies or issues with product requirements or capabilities.
• Represent the voice of the customer daily for the Sales and Marketing team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to enhance service levels.
• Gather and report data on key account relationships, offering insights on customer satisfaction and evolving requirements to the Sales and Marketing teams.
