Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Interact with customers, provide information and resolve inquiries and complaints.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management to meet customer demands.
• Execute customer communication protocol.
• Manage rental truck inventory and scheduling for efficiency.
• Generate purchase/repair orders and maintain files.
