Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required.
• 1 year or more in sales and/or customer service.
• Comfortable using MS Office including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with Maintenance/Asset Management.
• Provide information, resolve complaints, and assist customers to ensure satisfactory service.
