Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in sales and/or customer service.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience and resolve concerns to customers' expectations.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for rental sales and inquiries.
• Maintain rental truck inventory levels in coordination with Maintenance and Asset Management.
• Coordinate scheduling to enhance productivity and workflow.
• Generate purchase/repair orders and maintain relevant files.
