Job summary

Ryder in Etna, OH is hiring a Customer Service Representative I to support cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management. You will handle inbound sales calls, maintain inventory levels, provide information, respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues.

The role requires strong communication, a HS diploma or GED and at least one year in sales or customer service. Shift is 2nd shift 3:30pm-12:00am, pay is $23 per hour with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year in sales and/or customer service is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with Maintenance/Asset Management.
• Ensure a great customer experience by resolving issues and answering questions.
• Support rental sales process for inbound/outbound calls to increase leads.
• Manage scheduling and planning to improve productivity.
