Express Employment Professionals is hiring Customer Service Representatives in the San Diego area for full-time, temporary, and temp-to-hire positions. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve issues at first contact, and maintain accurate customer records.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service, strong computer skills (Word/Excel), and experience with Salesforce. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in customer service or related positions.
• Strong computer skills (Word/Excel); typing 30+ WPM.
• Experience with Salesforce is required.
• Effective telephone skills; pleasant and professional phone presence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from customers; identify needs and resolve issues.
• Strive to resolve at first point of contact; avoid transfers or callbacks.
• Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to support customer needs.
• Maintain and update customer information in data systems with accuracy.
• Respond via phone, internet, and written communication as appropriate.
