Express Employment Professionals is hiring Customer Service Representatives in the San Diego area for full-time, temporary, and temp-to-hire positions. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve issues at first contact, and maintain accurate customer records.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service, strong computer skills (Word/Excel), and experience with Salesforce. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Effective telephone skills; pleasant and professional phone presence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to support customer needs.
• Maintain and update customer information in data systems with accuracy.

Express has multiple openings forCustomer Service Representatives, full-time, temporary and temp-to-hire! We have clients in the Mira Mesa, Miramar, Sorrento Valley, Poway, and Rancho Bernardo areas that are looking for experienced individuals with organizational skills, and a passion for helping clients.

Customer Service Representative Job Highlights:

• Handle specific Inbound/Outbound calls from customers; recognize needs and resolve issues
• Strive to provide resolution at first point of contact, avoiding call transfer or call-backs
• Provide excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to recognize and support the specific customer needs
• Maintain and update customer-related information systems through accurate and complete data input
• Respond to customers through a variety of channels including telephone (both inbound and outbound), internet, and written correspondence as appropriate

What we look for in Customer Service Reps:

• 1-3 years' previous experience in customer service or related positions
• Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel), type 30+ WPM
• Experience with Salesforce Required
• Effective telephone skills; pleasant and professional phone presence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay Rate:$20.00 - $24.00 (depending on experience)

Schedule:Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (start times may vary)
