Job summary

You will manage moderate-complexity orders, ensure accuracy, communicate timelines to internal teams, and drive on-time delivery and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in Customer Service, Sales Support, or manufacturing coordination.
• Experience in printing/packaging industry preferred.
• Exposure to flexographic, digital, RFID, offset, or lithographic print tech preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for order entry, updates, and daily communication.
• Process orders, artwork, pricing requests, and documentation.
• Coordinate across Customer Service, Production, Scheduling, Prepress, Quality, and Sales.
• Track orders through the production lifecycle from receipt to shipment.
• Ensure accurate billing, shipping verification, and documentation.
• Communicate timelines and changes clearly to internal teams.
