• Process purchase orders received via fax and e-mail, enter orders into the computer system accurately.
• Provide timely responses to customers and sales representatives via phone or e-mail with order status inquiries.
• Assist with product selections, replacement parts, and basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Coordinate order cancellations, changes, and shipments with manufacturing and shipping teams.
• Provide pricing and product availability information to customers and sales channels.
