Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will interact with customers, answer questions, and ensure needs are met throughout the shopping experience.

The role offers part-time hours with competitive pay and flexible schedules, plus opportunities to learn trade skills through Lowe's Track to the Trades program. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience using a computer
• Minimum 6 months experience using common retail tech (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform job duties
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted (or more with accommodation)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform additional duties as assigned
