Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufactured/modular housing desired.

Responsibilities

• Interviews customers by phone to gather and verify information.
• Review retailer checkout sheets for items wrong with home on arrival at the lot.
• Guide contractors working for their plant.
• Enter service orders into the service system.
• Assign correct parts to each item on the service order.
• File completed work orders.
