Speedy Cash in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support customers with financial needs while gaining hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Proficiency with phones, POS systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and cash transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a customer-service focus.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system accurately.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
• Perform on-site duties including store errands and vehicle appraisals when needed.
• Meet performance standards by leveraging partnerships and referrals.
• Maintain security protocols and cash drawer management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws and assist with audits.
• Monitor store appearance and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a 40-hour work week with weekends in-person.
