The position requires 1–3 years in dispatching within a similar industry, strong MS Office skills, and a willingness to learn about production processes on-site. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in dispatching in a similar industry.
• Educational and Licensing Requirements: High School Diploma.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
• Skills: Proficient in the use of smartphones, digital tools, and app management across both IOS and Android platforms. Advanced skills in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Efficiently process customer orders and credit card transactions through our centralized call system. Manage a high volume of calls with a focus on service excellence.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with quality control, sales, and production teams to guarantee timely delivery and service of products.
• Support: Address customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Process overview: Willingness to spend time observing the production process at facilities or jobsite to get product knowledge.
