ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a responsible and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is a pivotal team member with a comprehensive understanding of our service offers. They are the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless service experience.

Job Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO
  • Customer Service: Efficiently process customer orders and credit card transactions through our centralized call system. Manage a high volume of calls with a focus on service excellence.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with quality control, sales, and production teams to guarantee timely delivery and service of products.
  • Support: Address customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Process overview: Willingness to spend time observing the production process at facilities or jobsite to get product knowledge.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years experience in dispatching in a similar industry
Who We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • Educational and Licensing Requirements: High School Diploma.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. Proven track record of meetings and exceeding service standards.
  • Skills: Proficient in the use of smartphones, digital tools, and app management across both IOS and Android platforms. Advanced skills in MS Office suite. Bilingual (desirable). A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. Excellent writing, strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to details, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Office Environment: Primarily in an office environment with occasional exposure to other areas of the facility.
