Job summary

Cemex US is seeking a on-site Customer Support / Sales Liaison to assist customers with project planning, product selection, and problem solving. You will bridge gaps between customers, sales, and production teams at job sites in Miami and surrounding areas.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of related experience, proficiency in Excel/Word, and willingness to travel overnight including weekends. Cemex offers competitive benefits and leadership opportunities within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of related experience in sales/support.
Proficient in Excel and Word; strong data-entry and reporting skills.
Ability to travel overnight and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

Attends and actively participates in pre-construction meetings with customers, sales, operations, and QC.
Participates with large jobs to ensure quality delivery and placement.
Addresses customer concerns/complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintains records and writes reports regarding jobsite issues and product problems.
Trains with sales, QC, and operations to stay updated on technical standards.
Communicates with sales, QC, and customer service to coordinate efforts.
Establishes consulting relationships with customers and represents Cemex’s interests.
Ensures environmental, safety, and regulatory compliance; performs overtime as needed.
