You will coordinate with the supply chain and credit teams, handle freight coordination, and assist with events and reporting. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; NetSuite preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation.
• Effective communication and basic instructional skills.
• Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience using NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process customer orders via fax, email, phone, web orders, and EDI.
• Provide timely information on order status and product knowledge requests.
• Process returns and transfers per policies with Credit Department support.
