Job summary

Swisher International, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support internal and external customers by verifying orders, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate records.

You will handle order processing through fax, email, phone, web orders, and EDI, provide order status information, process returns, and coordinate with Credit and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and deliver timely reports.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and verify orders from customers via multiple channels.
• Provide timely information on order status and product knowledge.
• Process returns and transfers with policy adherence and credits coordination.
• Coordinate with transporters for freight pickup and routing.
• Assist sales with order corrections and past order research.
• Handle tradeshow orders and consumer engagement events.
• Communicate with supply chain to resolve carrier issues and shipping errors.
• Prepare and distribute order acknowledgments and reports.
• Respond to inquiries by researching and locating information.
• Maintain accurate customer files with contact updates.
