Responsibilities

• Maintaining email and/or phone communication with all customers.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries.
• Schedule meetings with customers during Market Week and at the showroom.
• Ensure accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all active items.
• Complete product submission for new items.
• Maintain CRM database with all contacts and agreements.
• Maintain sales report and analyze for growth opportunities.
• Review competitive pricing.
• Submit items for events and sales, analyze results.
