Job summary

RapidXchange is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Clinton, NC location. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in fast-paced customer service, strong computer and organizational skills, and the ability to handle customer inquiries via phone and email.

Responsibilities include accounts receivable, new account setup, invoicing, and maintaining multiple software programs used by the company and customers.

Qualifications

• Two-year Associate's Degree is preferred but at minimum a High School Diploma.
• Cargas Energy Systems software experience preferred.
• Propane Industry experience is a plus.
• High standards for excellence in a customer service environment.
• Ability to resolve conflict professionally and decisively.
• Written and verbal communication skills for professional business interactions.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn and apply general knowledge of the company, products and services.
• Ability to read, comprehend and adhere to instructions, processes and procedures.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills, including punctual attendance.
• Ability to work independently under supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to talk and type simultaneously when interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
• Handle inquiries and requests and assist customers with accounts receivable and invoicing tasks.
• Assist with new account setup and maintenance of software portals used by the company and customers.
