Job summary

Intigral-Inc is seeking a Customer Experience Representative II to support daily customer service operations for custom insulating glass orders. You will manage order entry, customer communication, and onboarding, ensuring accurate processing and timely responses.

This role collaborates with Scheduling, Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, Sales and Systems to maintain smooth order lifecycle and professional communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of order entry or customer service in a production-based environment.
• Knowledge of custom-order manufacturing processes.
• Ability to stay professional and calm with urgent requests.
• Strong communication, organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Review daily customer emails and provide timely updates.
• Handle changes, cancellations, expediting and status requests.
• Set up new customer accounts and onboarding.
• Coordinate with Scheduling, Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, and Sales.
• Enter orders and assist with issue resolution.
• Provide account-level reporting to Sales and leadership.
• Monitor open orders and aging items for timely follow-up.
