Job summary

North American Title Loans in Charleston, SC is hiring a Customer Service Representative. You will assist customers through the loan process, answer inquiries, evaluate vehicles, and manage loan accounts with care and accuracy.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule, rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, and Sundays off. Benefit-eligible with medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, and PTO after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and assist customers through the loan process.
• Evaluate vehicles and manage loan accounts.
• Send payment reminders and conduct courtesy calls.
