Job summary

Crash Champions in Tampa, FL is seeking a customer service professional to join our team at 6711 N Nebraska Ave, 33604. This Regular Full-Time role focuses on greeting customers, answering calls, handling walk-in inquiries, and supporting the General Managers and Service Advisors with clerical duties.

You will manage payments and notices in the accounting system, balance month-end statements, and contribute to a clean, welcoming first impression at our facility.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and prospective customers in a prompt and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean workspace as the first point of contact.
• Effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, directing to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, data entry into the accounting system and various spreadsheets, and balance month end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
