Mr. Appliance of Tampa is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a friendly frontline ambassador, handle support calls, and manage service requests while upholding the company values of Respect, Integrity, and Customer Focus.

You will be self-motivated, energetic, and dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities include answering calls, resolving complaints, completing work orders, logging data, and collaborating with the team.

Formación

• Minimum two years admin experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
• Positive Attitude.
• Team player who can work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
• Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
• Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
