Mr. Appliance is seeking a Service Technician to join our team in Florida. You will diagnose, repair, and install appliances in customers’ homes, provide estimates, collect payments, and help ensure efficient service. The role emphasizes customer focus, reliability, and quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within a nationwide appliance repair franchise network.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose and repair appliances and equipment in the customer’s home.
• Provide cost estimates for repairs/installations and collect payment information.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and keep vehicle and equipment serviced.
• Complete invoices, route sheets, and reports as required.
• Perform other duties including cross-training in related positions.
