The Juris Agency in Missouri is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. The role is full-time and includes hands-on training to help you fit into our office.

You will handle client inquiries, maintain relationships, process policy changes, take premium payments, and support claims calls, with a courteous, proactive approach. No prior experience is required, but a coachable attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and follow-up.
• Appropriate license(s) as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
• Take premium payments from customers.
