You will work closely with the team to resolve policy questions, process changes, and assist members of the community with their insurance needs.

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule (Monday–Friday, 2–3 hours daily), room for development, and performance-based bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 2-3 hours per day.

Responsibilities
