Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Customer Service Representative to play a key role in guiding customers from purchase to delivery, ensuring a smooth experience. You will work both independently and in a small team to strengthen the customer shopping journey.

The position requires delivering friendly, professional service, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment, with a schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
