OneMain Financial is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Evansville, IN. You will respond to inbound and outbound calls, troubleshoot website-related issues, and provide solution-focused support while maintaining compliance with FDCPA and state/federal regulations.

The role emphasizes teamwork and individual contribution in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to handle delinquencies, refunds, and payment arrangements across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ Call Center experience preferred.
• Ability to listen and offer appropriate products or services and customer solutions.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and engaging communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls using an inbound and outbound dialer with focus on quality and first call resolution.
• Provide website support including password resets and general customer assistance.
• Handle complaints, branch issues, delinquencies, and refunds.
• Manage multiple portfolio servicing tasks including cash advances and settlements.
• Work with clients in a consultative manner within laws, policies, and procedures.
• Negotiate with customers to resolve account matters.
• Maintain and notation of information on customer accounts.
• Process lien releases and questions on closed accounts.
• Collaborate as a team member and as an individual to meet targets.
• Maintain compliance with FDCPA and applicable regulations.
• Communicate with customers via web chat, text, and phone.
