You will handle outbound and inbound calls, process loan applications, stay updated on credit policies, and collaborate with the team to expand lending options, with a schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sense of urgency in meeting or exceeding application processing goals.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers via outbound calls or respond to inbound calls from potential customers.
• Process applications for multiple personal lending products.
• Implement strategies to drive growth and deliver exemplary customer service.
• Read and understand credit bureau reports and maintain knowledge of lending products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws.
• Actively market and sell OneMain lending products and collaborate within a team.
