You will balance multiple tasks, work with internal teams, and maintain accurate documentation, with two weeks of classroom training followed by hands-on practice to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in utilizing multiple tools/systems.
• Skilled at achieving and exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial servicing needs through inbound and outbound contact.
• Negotiate with customers to resolve account matters in compliance with FDCPA and state laws.
• Maintain and note all information and documentation on customer and account status.
• Collaborate with internal teams in person and virtually to connect with other departments.
