Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or related experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional and courteous phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide prompt, professional assistance with questions and product inquiries.
• Assist customers with product returns, RMAs, shipping issues, and account questions.
• Track and monitor returned products and follow up for timely resolution.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer, product, and return information in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with internal departments (shipping, warehouse, sales, production) to resolve issues.
• Provide customers with updates regarding status of returns or service requests.
