Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services, use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers while keeping equipment clean and safe on the lot.

The role includes answering questions, educating customers about offerings, preparing rental invoices, and participating in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Customer-focused with friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
