Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in high-volume phone settings preferred.
• Experience in the propane industry preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone, email, or in person to provide support and product/service information, serving as a liaison between customers and the company.
• Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
• Field customer questions and complaints; escalate issues to the appropriate specialist or staff member.
• Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments.
• Support daily operations through dispatch coordination and scheduling of drivers and technicians, while maintaining accurate records and reporting.
• Assist with administrative and compliance-related tasks to support operational efficiency.
• Assist customers with filling propane cylinders at the bottle dock station.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
