The ideal candidate has healthcare-related experience, strong attention to detail, and at least one year in data entry or administrative roles, with proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare or administrative training is a plus.
• At least 1 year of data entry, admin, or customer service experience.
• Healthcare knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, organize, and prioritize incoming medical records.
• Enter and index records into the document management system.
• Create and process at least 90 letters per day.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and internal departments.
• Support enrollment operations and special projects.
