Job summary

GreenStone Farm Credit Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative dedicated to delivering outstanding service across all customer segments. You’ll support branch operations and collaborate with association staff to foster strong customer relationships in a dynamic team environment.

Ideal candidates will have a HS Diploma or Equivalent and 2+ years of customer service experience; banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years customer service or office experience required.
• Banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent internal and external customer service will be at the core of your daily interactions.
• This role will consist of daily customer interactions, answering incoming calls, receipting payments, disbursing funds, providing administrative assistance to our mortgage loan processing and loan documentation process.
• From collecting, coordinating, and uploading documentation to facilitating loan closings to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• You'll be involved in tasks ranging from data entry, loan servicing, maintaining branch operations and supply ordering.
