Job summary

Image360 South Orlando is seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with customers, respond to inquiries, and help resolve service issues. You will contribute to an exemplary customer experience by following scripts and collaborating with the team.

Prepare estimates and follow up, maintain accurate records, and stay up to date on product knowledge through regular meetings with the sales lead. Must have a high school diploma or GED and prior customer‑oriented experience.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated high school, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer‑oriented atmosphere is preferred.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

You’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, mitigating service problems, and providing an exemplary customer experience.

Prepare estimates and follow‑up on them

• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
• Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
• Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
• Ensure customer account information is up‑to‑date
• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• Experience working in a customer‑oriented atmosphere
• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills

Compensation

$16 - $20 hourly
